Customer Check In comes as a complete system including hardware and software preloaded. All you need is power and a network connection (wired or wireless). Place your system in your lobby close to the door, power it up and connect to your network.
From any workstation you can program the 14 choice buttons for the customer to choose from. Open a browser like Internet Explorer and type “checkin” in the address bar. Your computer will go straight to the main menu where you have displays, reports and administration.
Your complete installation can be done within 30 minutes with little or no technical experience.
